How it works?
Artists upload their paintings to our database from around the world.
When you buy a painting, we contact the artists to make sure this unique and original painting is still available.
The artist then packages the paintings and ships it to the buyer.
Shipping is free! But depending on the location of the artist and your own location, you might have to pay for customs or import fees. No fees for shipping within the same country or within the European Union (EU).
If you have a problem with a painting, get in contact with us (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will deal with the artist and make sure everybody is happy.
We keep your money in a frozen account until you have received the painting. Only then the artist will receive his share. That way we can make sure the painting is delivered and confirms to your expectations.
